Central procurement makes California’s offshore wind future possible. We thank Gov. Newsom for signing this critical legislation that gives California’s proposed offshore wind projects the opportunity to safely develop at scale in an environmentally responsible manner, while keeping the lights on and achieving the state’s climate and reliability goals. We applaud the Newsom Administration and Legislature’s leadership to swiftly enact AB 1373 this year.
